Let us tell you a little bit more about the construction and technology behind this unique racquet.
The mold is exactly the same as our PXT 110/115, but the construction is not.
The racquet is made of 100% Toray Japan carbon fiber using prepreg technology.
Prepreg is a composite material in which a reinforcement fiber is pre-impregnated with resin in a specific ratio. This allows for direct laying into a mold without having to add resin. Every racquet has the same ratio of resin with no excess or dry spots. Uniform thickness allows for all racquets to be almost identical, with the same weight and balance as per advertised specifications.
What makes PXT Incognito unique is that it’s a consistently excellent racquet with consistent weight and balance for every racquet, not to mention a large sweet spot, effortless power and a sleek design.
When doing research we could not find any other squash racquet on the market made of 100% Japanese carbon fiber using prepreg technology and we are still not sure as to why.
Perhaps the racquet doesn’t need to be made out of such premium materials and it’s hard to justify the higher manufacturing cost which is almost twice as much as for standard racquets?
To answer this question, we invite you to give the new PXT Incognito a try.
Looking forward to your feedback,
Peter & Tim

Dear fellow squash players, my name is Tim Burganov and I will be taking care of warranty issues. The following is information about the Xamsa Warranty Program. If you have any concerns after reading, please send me an email and I will get back to you shortly.

The idea behind creating Xamsa Squash is to promote squash and to offer high quality racquets at fair prices. We do our best to avoid any manufacturing defect however if there is a problem, we are here to resolve it. Due to relatively high cost compared to selling price, we cannot afford a no-fault warranty program.

You are the only person who knows exactly what happened to your racquet therefore we leave it up to you to decide.

If your racquet broke within 30 days of purchase, we kindly ask you to assess the damage and choose one of the following options:

      1. Manufacturing defect. If you believe that your racket broke due to manufacturing defect, please let me know and I will arrange for a replacement at no charge.
      2. Contributed damage. If you do not think it was a manufacturing defect, but believe the racquet was nonetheless a little too fragile, let's meet half way. We will be happy to sell you a new racket with 50% discount.
      3. Significant impact with the wall causing the racket to break. This is not a warranty case however we understand how frustrating it can be to break a racquet so quickly. We will gladly give you a 25% discount if you would like to buy a new racquet.

Please note: the custom stringing is not covered by warranty. There is a $15 shipping fee for the replacement racquet (Canada and the US). For other countries, the shipping fee will depend on your location. To avoid the shipping expenses for the replacement racquet, you can buy any racquet and we will enclose a replacement racquet at no extra shipping fee. If we need the broken racquet back, we will let you know and will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

If your racquet broke after 30 days of purchase but you only played with it a couple of times, please don't hesitate to contact me directly. Please rest assured that we will find a satisfactory solution.

      Pleasantly surprised

I bought the Xmas PXT Incognito racquet with never having tried the racquet. I based this purchase on some of the positive reviews I was reading. I have to admit, I was not expecting to like the racquet as much I do. It is a great product, that offers power and feel around the squash court. The racquet balance is great. I would recommend anyone to look into trying and possibly buying Xmas racquets, as I believe you will be just as pleasantly surprised as I was.

      Well made racket

Just got my demo racket, first inspection is quality build, and nice thick guard on top. Weight is in line with standard rackets not quite a match for the "ultra light" rackets but those or not for everyone. More details to come after a few hits!

Great Racquet with a bad Bumber Gaurd

This is a fantastic racquet, but the bumper guard is brittle and already cracked after a month of use.

      Shot Makers Dream

First review of the rackets compared to the Technifibre Carboflex 130, the racket felt lighter than the carboflex but much more balanced throughout, the racket is a true shot makers dream, i'd always felt like i'd lost a little of my touch game with the Carboflex, with the trade for control, but the PXT Incognito has given me that element back to my game without trading the control and it provides effortless power. Amazing response for my deceptive shots and cross court switches, tried both the Xamsa Strings and X-One strings, loved the Xamsa strings, both played very similar but the feedback from the Xamsa was superior. In regards to the grips i've always been a Karakal person as they have been unmatched in tackiness and durability, but wow the Xamsa X-Glu is a real contender, the grip was fantastic even when sweaty, definetely on par with the Karakal PU Super Grip for sure from the initial feel. Normally with other rackets i've tried from Harrow and Black Knight i've ended back with the Carboflex, not tonight, I switched to compare but had to switch back quickly as I missed the playability. Excellent racket and awesome service.

      Sublime racket

Agree with the aforementioned comments. This racket generates so much power so easily. My original carboflexes is collecting dust after Xamsa opened my eyes. Many thanks!

      Great !

This PXT Incognito is great !
It makes a month I am using it now and I found my new favorite racquet.
I used to play the classic Carbo 125s and this Incognito gives me more control, accuracy and comfort.
Delivery in Europe only took a couple days.
      So it's a perfect !

      Top-notch frame

First and foremost, Tim is one of the nicest guys to work with. Called him sometime in March'18 with a very specific request and since I usually hit with Oliver, wanted to stick with that brand. He suggested I try the PXT Incognito. It was actually still not in production, so I I got to hit with one of the first few made. Over the last year it has become my weapon of choice on the court. To all the hard hitters out there - there is ZERO vibration! The racquet feels like an extension of your arm and drives come easy. The thinness of the profile makes it very maneuverable without compromising on control. And not to worry about touch either, this bat has it all - Incredible value on a top of the line construction! Xamsa blows the competition out of the water and has eliminated the need for seeking big name brands.

Very solid feel, good control, great power. Head light weight has it easy to handle with good feel.

One of the best rackets out there

I've always been a huge fan of Tecnifibre rackets, especially the Carboflex line, so I judge everything I play by that standard.

The Incognito is by far the only racket that exceeds that standard for me.
It plays similar to the Carboflex 135, the big difference being that with the Carboflex 135 the weight feels evenly distributed throughout the frame whereas in the Incognito the racket feels a little hollow (especially in middle of the string-bed).

I got used to that feeling very quickly, and found that the weight distribution helped my drives (especially when I had good follow through), and gave me a lot of feel on my volleys.

I always say that finding the right racket for you has to do more with swing mechanics than anything else.
You can completely change the "feel" of the racket by changing the strings. Most people are far better off testing different strings ONCE they find a frame that largely works with their swing mechanics.
If the 80/20 rule applied to rackets, I would say 80 strings/20-frame.

I found the Tecnifibre red (bi-phase) and black (dynamx) strings worked the best for me, followed by the Ashaway Supernick XL Micro.
I know a lot of people love the Tecnifibre greens, but I've just never really liked them in any racket I've played with.
