Xamsa Demo Program: Try Two Racquets Risk-Free in Canada & USA
Want to test a Xamsa squash racquet before buying? Our Demo Program lets players in Canada and the Contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories) trial two models at home.
How the Xamsa Demo Program works (Canada & United States):
- Pick any two racquet models — each ships new, pre-strung with PM 18 string.
- A deposit equal to the retail value of both racquets is charged at checkout.
- Remove the handle wrap and play for two weeks from delivery date.
- After 30 days with no contact, we treat the order as a final sale.
Email or chat us for a prepaid return label. At the end of the trial you have three options:
- Return both: Full deposit refund minus a $30 CAD shipping fee.
- Buy one, return one: Deposit refunded; pay full retail for the keeper ($160 CAD for Incognito models, $120 CAD for all others) plus $15 CAD return shipping.
- Keep both: Do nothing — your deposit already covers both at a built-in $10 CAD per-racquet discount (applied automatically at checkout).
