Xamsa Onyx squash racquet — powerful teardrop shape.

The Xamsa Onyx is a very forgiving squash racquet that is easy to use for a wide range of players, from beginner to intermediate. Club-tested like every Xamsa racquet, it's quite light but nevertheless has a very solid feel on all shots. It has a lively response on volleys and, overall, produces consistent power on all shots. Diamond-shaped edges give the teardrop head better aerodynamics for a fast, punchy swing.

Great quality products and quick shipping

Excellent racquet for beginners

I bought this racquet after reading a review on Squash Source as I wanted something lightweight and forgiving but which could give me a little more power as a beginner. This is perfect - I play much better and it looks fabulous too. All the players in my club admire the stylish, all black design. Highly recommended!

Onyx to the Rescue

After trying the Onyx racquet that belonged to a fellow squash player, I thought it would be worth a try. The racquet was light, but powerful. And as I age, I seem to require more power. This racquet provided just that. I have used it about five times and so far, it has been excellent. I did not like the string it came with and had it restrung with power Nik at 24 pounds and it has improved my performance. Delivery and working with Tim was also delightful!

Love this racquet

The Onyx racquet has great balance and power. I have two because I string one racquet with 19 gauge string and it breaks frequently. The racquet feels light but hits with power and allows me to swing relaxed and drive the ball. Highly recommended.
